Elegant Railing
When a piece of iron is forged by hand, the internal grains deform to follow the new shape. This creates a stronger iron and a more durable railing. We sandblast our iron down to a clean white metal finish, which helps remove impurities from the iron and allows for better adhesion to the powder coating. It also helps the iron stay chip and rust free, and creates a longer lasting product. This step is skipped by a lot of other companies, but it is the most important step in the entire process and puts our product above the rest.
Our powder coating comes in an array of colors so you have your choice of color for the railing. Powder coating is better than spray paint because it is 4 to 10 times thicker than paint and adds additional hardness to the railing. This hardness helps against chips and scratches. It has better adhesion so it forms perfectly to the railing and will last for years and years to come.
